Know where your child is, calmly.
SafeTrace is an Android app for a parent or legal guardian. You pair a small GPS tracker your child carries, name the places that matter, and the app tells you when the tracker arrives somewhere or leaves it. Most days it simply says everything is fine, which is the point.
How it works
- Pair a tracker. It goes in a bag or a pocket. There is no phone to buy for your child and nothing for them to remember.
- Name your places. Home, school, the training ground. You draw them once.
- Get told, not alarmed. Arrive and leave alerts for the places you chose, and a day timeline of where the tracker has been.
What we deliberately do not do
- Your child has no account. They never sign in and are never asked for anything.
- A child’s given name never reaches our servers. It is stored on your phone and nowhere else.
- Nothing is collected without guardian consent, and that check lives in the database rather than in a screen that could be skipped. Without a consent record, arriving locations are refused at the point of storage.
Documents
- Privacy policy - what we collect, why, and for how long
- Children’s privacy (COPPA) - how consent is enforced
- Terms of use - what the app is, and plainly what it is not
- Delete your account - what is erased, and when
